Duncan Scarlett’s Obituary can be found here
Condolences to the family and ringing colleagues of Duncan Scarlett who died on 31st January 2025. A Gentleman in every sense of the word, Duncan was an Honorary Life Member of the IACR and former Tower Captain of St Thomas’ Belfast.
Congratulations to Dorcas Boreland who was elected an Honorary Life Member of the IACR at the February meeting of the Executive Council.
Congratulations and Very Well Done to all involved in the West Cork Ringing Festival held over the St. Bridget’s Holiday weekend. It was a wonderful weekend of ringing which incorporated a ringing school, run by members of the Association of Ringing Teachers (ART) who passed on their experience and tips to would-be ringing teachers.
