The St. Audoen’s Society of Bellringers invite you to join us in celebrating the 600th anniversary of our three medieval bells which were cast in 1423,  on Saturday 26 August 2023.   Ringing from 2.00 p.m. Followed by a Service at 4.30 p.m.  at St. Audoen’s Church, High Street, Dublin 8 D08 W99H

The Murphy Cup Competition was held on Saturday 27th May 2023  in St Canice’s  Cathedral, Kilkenny and the result … :

1st – St Malachy’s, Royal Hillsborough

2nd – St Patrick’s Cathedral, Dublin

3rd – St Mary’s Cathedral, Limerick

4th – Christ Church Taney, Dublin

5th –  St Comgall’s, Bangor

St Patrick’s rang 3 plain courses of Grandsire Triples while all other teams rang at least 30 different call changes and all teams rang for a minimum of 10 mins.

Congratulations to Philip Talbot on being elected an Honorary Life member of the Association on Saturday 27th May 2023 at the AGM in St Canice’s Cathedral.

Saturday 21st and Sunday 22nd October 2023, when the Association will be celebrating its 125th Anniversary.   This will be the weekend of the Association Ringing Festival hosted by the Eastern District. A special celebratory Service will be held in St Patrick’s Cathedral to coincide with the Anniversary, on the 22nd October at 3.30pm.  The Association Dinner will be held in Bray on the Saturday evening.
