The President of the Irish Association of Change Ringers invites members and their guests to the Autumn Ringing Festival, which will be hosted this year by the Eastern District, on Saturday and Sunday 21st and 22nd October 2023, Celebrating 125 years of the formation on the Irish Assocaition of Change Ringers.
